Bilingual Support Specialist

Vernance (VF), a consumer payment solution for high-volume retailers, is hiring a Bi-lingual Customer Support Specialist. Following in-office training, this position does offer work-from-home opportunities.

Please Note: The hours for this position are 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST with Monday's and Tuesday's off.

Bi-lingual Customer Support Specialist

A support specialist is our voice to the customer. They manage the inbound customer inquiries (call, e-mail, text, chat, fax, mail) along with follow-up outbound communications. The support specialists are our brand ambassadors to promote delight with our customers.

Traits for this role:

· Bi-lingual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Any experience in an application processing / financial environment would be highly desired

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines

· Be punctual and professional at all times

· Ability to listen and document customer interactions

· Strong computer skills

· Excellent data entry skills (speed and accuracy)

· Good decision-making skills

· Ability to follow complex work directions accurately

· Extremely high attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently as well as with a team

· Enjoy your work and have a positive attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
