Job Title: Order Booker / Sales Collection OfficerLocation: DHA Phase -V, Karachi, Pakistan Industry: Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical Supply Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and trustworthy Order Booker with hands-on experience in the nutraceutical supply and pick process. You will be the bridge between our warehouse and our retail partners. This role is not just about sales; it requires financial responsibility (cash handling) and deep knowledge of the Karachi market landscape.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Order Booking: Visit pharmacies and retail outlets across Karachi to book orders for nutraceutical products.</li><li>Supply &amp; Pick Coordination: Manage the physical &quot;pick&quot; of stock from our supply chain, ensure the correct products are allocated and prepared for dispatch to retailers.</li><li>Cash Management:</li><li>Handle cash collections from retailers efficiently.</li><li>Ensure the timely receiving of payments against invoices.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and retailers. Business Development Manager &ndash; (Nutraceuticals and Cosmeceuticals)Location: Site II, Super Highway, Karachi Job Type: Full-time Experience: 4&ndash;5 years in Nutraceutical product development and manufacturing Qualification: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or Relevant Reports to: CEORole Summary We are seeking a Pharm-D professional with hands-on experience in the development and manufacturing of nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products. Ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of ingredients, processes, and regulatory standards, enabling them to develop credible strategies and identify new business opportunities in solid dosage forms&mdash;particularly capsules and powders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for product development and manufacturing services, with a focus on solid dosage forms (capsules, powders and tablets).</li><li>Lead technical discussions with manufacturers, translating formulation and process challenges into feasible project plans.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external R&amp;D, Production, and Quality teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, compliant, and profitable.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical development and manufacturing.</li><li>Prepare and present technical and business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Support the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial inquiry through to product launch and commercial supply.</li></ul>Must-Have Qualifications<ul><li>Pharm-D degree or relevant.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of direct, hands-on experience in nutraceutical/ cosmeceutical product development and manufacturing within the industry.</li><li>Proven practical experience in capsule formulation, manufacturing processes, and scale-up.
