About the Role
We need someone who lives and breathes content — a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong sense of brand voice, and the confidence to brief agencies, monitor ad performance, and approve work that truly represents Versus.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, email, and the website
• Write, review, and approve copy and creatives — if it goes live, it goes through you
• Brief external agencies, review their output, and give clear, structured feedback
• Monitor Meta and Google Ads performance (ROAS, CTR, conversions) and flag what needs fixing
• Keep the brand voice, tone, and visual aesthetic consistent across everything

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years in content, digital marketing, or a related role
• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or Journalism
• Strong written English and a natural feel for tone and storytelling
• A real aesthetic sense — you know immediately when something's off
• Some exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, or agency coordination
• A portfolio of content you've created or managed
