Must be Green Card or US CitizenStrong ePMORequired Qualifications:<ul><li>8+ years of Project or Program Management experience, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or airline environments.</li><li>Direct experience with STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) programs and aircraft retrofit projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of FAA processes and product certification cycles.</li><li>Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-vendor technical projects (hardware + software).</li><li>Expertise in project planning, dependency mapping, and critical path management.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills &mdash; able to interface confidently with executive leadership.</li><li>Curiosity and problem-solving mindset &mdash; not just a process follower, but someone who asks why and drives continuous improvement.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>PMP certification (nice-to-have, not required).</li><li>Experience at companies like GoGo, FyaSap, Tallus, Panasonic, or within airline product engineering.</li><li>Exposure to Starlink or connectivity systems.</li><li>Experience creating and driving Master STC Plans.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ePMO: 2 years (Required)</li><li>airlines/aviation/aircraft : 2 years (Required)</li><li>STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) : 3 years (Required)</li><li>FAA processes : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
