 We are hiring an HR &amp; Admin Assistant for our Lahore office (on-site). This role combines basic HR support with digital operations, content creation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Training will be provided on all tools and platforms.
 
 
 Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore (On-site)
 
 
 Shift: 3:00 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 HR Tasks:
 
 
 &bull; Support basic HR operations and compliance tracking
 
 
 Content &amp; Digital Tasks:
 
 
 &bull; Create visual content &mdash; images, short videos, and social media posts using online tools
 
 
 &bull; Manage and upload content across social media and video platforms
 
 
 &bull; Assist with digital marketing activities and online presence
 
 
 &bull; Conduct online research and data collection
 
 
 
 
 
 Admin Tasks:
 
 
 &bull; Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate emails, scheduling, and daily office operations
 
 
 &bull; Maintain files, records, and office documentation
 
 
 &bull; Handle any other computer-based tasks assigned by the team

 Keen attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR and administrative tools is a plus

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
 </li>
