Role Description
We are hiring an HR & Admin Assistant for our Lahore office (on-site). This role combines basic HR support with digital operations, content creation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Training will be provided on all tools and platforms.
Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore (On-site)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
HR Tasks:
• Support basic HR operations and compliance tracking
Content & Digital Tasks:
• Create visual content — images, short videos, and social media posts using online tools
• Manage and upload content across social media and video platforms
• Assist with digital marketing activities and online presence
• Conduct online research and data collection
Admin Tasks:
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Coordinate emails, scheduling, and daily office operations
• Maintain files, records, and office documentation
• Handle any other computer-based tasks assigned by the team
