Superintendent-Forman Vescio&rsquo;s SportsFields (www.sportsfields.com) is expanding its reginal business and has an immediate opening for a working superintendent/foreman. VSF is based out of our Lexington, Kentucky location. We provide an exciting work culture, stability, training and support. Vescio&rsquo;s SportsField&rsquo;s is an equal opportunity employer that provides a positive atmosphere and benefits.The responsibilities shall include:<ul><li>Perform layout, grading, and quality control.</li><li>Manage daily job site operations, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site activities.</li><li>Knowledge and ability to use level, laser equipment, and heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid steers.</li><li>Troubleshoot systems and perform routine inspections.</li><li>Interact with owner, customer.</li><li>Time management</li><li>Travel</li><li>Maintain existing customers</li><li>Maintain industry competence</li><li>Maintain project documentation and ensure safety standards</li><li>The right individual shall possess the following traits:</li><li>5+ years of onsite job management</li><li>Excellent, verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong initiative and motivation to succeed</li><li>Positive and flexible team attitude</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Honest</li></ul>Most importantly, we are seeking an individual with the integrity and heart to represent the values of Vescio&rsquo;s SportsFields as we strive to positively impact our customers, athletes, and children with our services.
