Vescio’s SportsFields (www.sportsfields.com) is expanding its reginal business and has an immediate opening for a working superintendent/foreman. VSF is based out of our Lexington, Kentucky location. The responsibilities shall include:

• Perform layout, grading, and quality control.
• Manage daily job site operations, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Knowledge and ability to use level, laser equipment, and heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid steers.
• Troubleshoot systems and perform routine inspections.
• Interact with owner, customer.
• Time management
• Travel
• Maintain existing customers
• Maintain industry competence
• Maintain project documentation and ensure safety standards
• The right individual shall possess the following traits:
• 5+ years of onsite job management
• Excellent, verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative and motivation to succeed
• Positive and flexible team attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Honest
