 Role Description
 
 
 
 The Field Marketing Supervisor will manage a team of field marketing staff, plan and execute market development strategies, monitor performance, and ensure lead generation and branding goals are met. He should have a strong understanding of the Lahore solar energy market and local distribution channels. Also&nbsp;develop and expand the company&rsquo;s presence in Lahore&rsquo;s solar energy market through on-ground marketing, dealer engagement, and customer outreach. Lead, train, and supervise the field marketing staff.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main JD's as Follow:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new areas, local installers, and business partners in the solar segment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track team KPIs and ensure consistent performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to align field activities with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular field visits to monitor staff performance and collect market insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build partnerships with local solar shops, contractors, and project developers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with actionable insights.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in Field Marketing and Sales , preferably in solar energy / electrical / renewable energy sector
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in Market Planning, Market Research and
 
 analytical skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret market data and trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective Communication skills for team coordination and external interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Sales and the ability to develop strategies to boost performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Electrical Engineering,
 
 Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership and organizational abilities are advantageous
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in field marketing or similar roles is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have good knowledge of Lahore&rsquo;s solar market network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must own
