Role Description

The Field Marketing Supervisor will manage a team of field marketing staff, plan and execute market development strategies, monitor performance, and ensure lead generation and branding goals are met. He should have a strong understanding of the Lahore solar energy market and local distribution channels. Also develop and expand the company’s presence in Lahore’s solar energy market through on-ground marketing, dealer engagement, and customer outreach. Lead, train, and supervise the field marketing staff.

Main JD's as Follow:

• Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Identify new areas, local installers, and business partners in the solar segment.
• Track team KPIs and ensure consistent performance.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to align field activities with company objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor staff performance and collect market insights.
• Build partnerships with local solar shops, contractors, and project developers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Field Marketing and Sales , preferably in solar energy / electrical / renewable energy sector
• Strong skills in Market Planning, Market Research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret market data and trends
• Effective Communication skills for team coordination and external interactions
• Experience in Sales and the ability to develop strategies to boost performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Leadership and organizational abilities are advantageous
• Previous experience in field marketing or similar roles is a plus
• Must have good knowledge of Lahore’s solar market network.
• Must own transport (motorbike/car)
