Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Team Lead to drive both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, boost customer acquisition, and optimize performance across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the performance marketing team focused on B2B lead generation and B2C growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive LinkedIn outreach, InMail, and retargeting for B2B lead generation.
  • Manage B2C funnels, optimizing for ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Integrate campaign data and leads into CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and improve MQL/SQL qualification processes.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and lead-to-sale ratio.
  • Mentor and train the marketing team on digital performance strategies and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Proven experience running B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Background in SaaS, Tech, or E-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic social growth.
