Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital and social media marketing activities to enhance the company’s online presence, brand awareness, and sales performance. The role combines strategic digital marketing with creative social media management to attract, engage, and retain customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google, Meta, Email, SEO, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content on all social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize web and social content for better visibility.
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts and track analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social channels promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Growth in website traffic, followers, and engagement.
  • Increase in lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Improved online visibility and ROI from paid campaigns.
  • Timely and consistent brand communication across platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
