We are seeking a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, SEO, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is results oriented, data-driven, and skilled in developing and executing strategies that drive measurable digital growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Manage client communication and maintain alignment with marketing goals.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and apply data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance ad messaging and visuals.
• Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in digital marketing.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance reporting through analytics platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in client interactions.
• Exhibit strong presentation and analytical skills during reviews and discussions.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven research, data analysis, and performance reporting.
