Media Buyer – Meta Ads Specialist

MavenUp is a growing digital solutions and creative agency specializing in web development, AI automation, branding, and digital marketing. We are looking for a talented Media Buyer – Meta Ads Specialist to join our creative team in Lahore.

We don’t do “boosted posts.” We build campaigns that make clients money and rewrite what’s possible with paid media.

Your Mission

Run, scale, and optimize high-converting Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands under the Sav Media Group ecosystem — from construction to e-commerce to service-based offers.

Every click should move the needle, every dollar should pull its weight.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with precision.

• Build smart audiences and iterate creatives based on actual performance, not hunches.

• Manage $10K–$100K+ monthly ad budgets with confidence and accountability.

• Develop creative testing frameworks and ad angles that make people stop scrolling.

• Track and report daily on KPIs: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPM, CAC, and other alphabet soup that actually matters.

• Collaborate with the content and automation teams to keep funnels tight and performance-focused.

• Stay ahead of Meta’s constant changes, updates, and mysterious algorithm mood swings.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience in Meta Ads (Agency or DTC preferred).

• Proven record of scaling accounts past $50K/month spend with profitable ROAS.

• Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, or Notion is a plus.

• Bonus points if you can edit or brief creatives that actually convert.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
