Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will coordinate and oversee campaigns aimed at promoting products, services, and initiatives. The role involves monitoring market dynamics, studying competitors’ moves, and providing timely updates to management to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans tailored to specific products and/or services.
- Define objectives and tasks for each marketing plan and communicate them to team members and key stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of product lines, historical and potential markets, media costs, media response, and budgeting considerations.
- Conduct and analyze market research studies to provide accurate and timely insights for strategic and operational decisions.
- Analyze research results and prepare reports and recommendations for senior management to support business objectives.
- Collect, verify, and analyze information from internal and external sources (e.g., market, demographic, economic, and financial data) to develop recommendations for marketing and business development strategies.
- Conduct market research on target audiences to identify the most effective ways to reach customers and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate marketing campaign efforts to ensure timely completion.
- Perform marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness and performance of campaigns.
- Plan and participate in public relations initiatives, organize events, and manage advertising activities.
- Execute various marketing initiatives, including social media, digital, content, paid advertising, and print/radio campaigns.
- Adhere to time and budget constraints while executing marketing activities.
- Track changes in consumer engagement following campaign rollouts.
- Compile and present reports detailing campaign outcomes and insights.
- Ensure marketing materials are efficiently distributed to the target audience.
- Create and build awareness of the organization’s or client’s brand to enhance the success of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing analysis or strategy development within the construction or a similar industry.
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation and strategic marketing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Advanced Level).
