Marketing Lead

Lahore, Pakistan

Head of Marketing

  • Location: Johar Town, Lahore (on-site, full-time)
  • Reports to: Founder
  • Team: Content/Design, Performance, PR/Comms (in-house)

Role Purpose

  • Own the branding and marketing plan for each company independently (no “group” homogenization), and build a founder personal brand engine that meaningfully grows awareness, demand, and trust—establishing the founder as a visionary entrepreneur and accelerating revenue in each business.

Requirements

4+ years leading brand + performance marketing with demonstrable revenue impact.

Someone younger can also be considered who shows strong potential.

Experience in cleantech/impact, construction/design, B2B hardware/services, or adjacent sectors.

Portfolio showing distinct brand builds (not one-size-fits-all) and pipeline growth.

Strong copy/narrative; comfortable with short-form video workflows and on-site content capture.

Fluency in Meta/Google/LinkedIn ads, analytics/attribution, CRM/email, and Canva/Figma (or equivalents).

Nice to Have

Public-sector/NGO partnerships or tender experience (for EveryWater).

US market exposure (for House of Bamboo).

Light research chops for data-backed posts and simple TCO/ROI models.

  • LinkedIn/Meta/Google Ads • HubSpot/Zoho (CRM/Email) • Notion/Drive • Figma/Canva • CapCut/Premiere (team).

Compensation

Competitive salary + performance bonus tied to KPIs; gear & training budget; growth path to Director of Growth/CMO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
