Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our brand’s online presence and execute digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will handle daily social media operations, content creation, paid promotions, and lead generation activities to boost brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage company pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, respond to inquiries, and grow the community organically.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative visuals and marketing content.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads.
• Develop and monitor email marketing campaigns for product promotions and updates.
• Conduct basic SEO and keyword research to improve content visibility.
• Track campaign analytics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize performance.

Brand & Marketing Support:

• Assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, product descriptions, case studies).
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into opportunities.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Canva/Adobe tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
• Experience in solar energy or technology marketing (a plus).
