SEO Executive

We’re Hiring: SEO Executive (Night Shift, On-site)

Location: Block H-3, Johar Town, near expo road, Lahore.

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday, Saturdays & Sundays off)

Role & Responsibilities

Core SEO Tasks

• Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities
• Conduct website audits for optimization and link-building opportunities
• Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO trends
• Manage backlink acquisition strategies and outreach campaigns

Content & Strategy

• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities
• Manage SEO content quality in collaboration with writers
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to outrank competitors
• Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance visibility

Analysis & Reporting

• Track, monitor, and report website performance, rankings, and traffic
• Use SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog a plus)
• Analyze competitors’ strategies for benchmarking and improvement

Collaboration & Outreach

• Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams for SEO integration
• Communicate effectively within the team using project management tools like ClickUp, Slack, HubSpot, Asana

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog)
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Slack, HubSpot, Asana
• Ability to create SEO reports and present insights clearly
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Good communication & teamwork skills

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO of international website. (Health niche is a plus)
• Demonstrated success in improving search rankings and organic traffic.
• Hands-on experience in both strategy and execution of SEO campaigns.
