Overview:
As a Brand Building & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence and enhance customer perception. Your focus will be on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting long-term growth through creative campaigns and consistent brand communication across all channels.

You will collaborate with multiple teams — including Design, Product, Sales, and Management — to ensure that every marketing initiative aligns with the company’s overall brand identity and goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Development & Consistency

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand-building strategies that strengthen market presence and align with company objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials, campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Support in conducting brand research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and advertising channels.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging content and visuals that reinforce brand identity.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, partnerships, and events to boost brand awareness.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, media, and agencies for campaign execution.
  • Support management in developing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas for brand growth.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
