About the Role:
Tracking World is looking for a Website Operations Executive (Shopify) to manage and optimize our e-commerce website operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functionality, product listing accuracy, and a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Shopify store content, product listings, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for product launches and pricing updates.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize UI/UX.
• Track orders, handle website queries, and support digital sales initiatives.
• Implement SEO best practices and report on website analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or Business.
• 1–3 years of experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify CMS, HTML basics, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent coordination, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
