Performance Marketer / Lead Gen Expert for Dubai Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer based in Pakistan to manage real estate lead generation campaigns targeting the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Generate qualified real estate leads for the UAE market through targeted campaigns.
• Research audience behavior and optimize targeting to maximize ROI.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and optimize campaigns daily.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate digital marketing and UAE audience behavior.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience with real estate marketing (UAE market experience is a big plus).
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Must be based in Pakistan (remote work).
