About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing, Brochure Design & IT Support Specialist. This is a multi-disciplinary role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and technical problem-solving.

You’ll be responsible for promoting our brand online, designing engaging marketing materials, and providing basic IT support to our team. If you’re a proactive, versatile professional with a passion for marketing, design, and technology—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Optimize website and digital content for SEO.

Design (Brochures & Media):

• Design brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Create visual content for online campaigns (images, presentations, infographics).
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and marketing strategy.

IT Support:

• Provide basic technical support to internal staff (hardware, software, networking).
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
• Maintain and update office systems and websites when required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, networking, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
