SEO Executive

Ethisol is a digital marketing firm that helps brands grow through creative storytelling, design innovation, and data-driven strategy. We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic for our clients and in-house projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and develop effective SEO strategies.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
• Manage link-building campaigns and outreach activities.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly content and site structure.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and website optimization.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Knowledge of content marketing and social media integration.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
