We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Executive with proven expertise in influencer marketing and digital brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that amplify our brand presence across social and digital platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign coordination, content planning, and performance analysis.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and measurable results through strategic partnerships and storytelling that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns – from briefing and coordination to content approval and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with digital and social media teams to integrate influencer content into broader brand strategies.
  • Manage brand collaborations and partnerships that enhance visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns to inform strategy and maintain relevance.
  • Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and digital partners.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and current digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and influencer platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and branded content.
  • Familiarity with paid media amplification and influencer contract management.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
