We&rsquo;re seeking a Veterinary Social Media &amp; Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us strengthen our brand presence, connect with our communities, and drive growth across multiple clinic locations.Position OverviewThe Veterinary Social Media &amp; Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that reflect our mission and culture. This role requires a background in veterinary medicine (urgent care preferred), combined with expertise in digital marketing, social media, and analytics. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.</li><li>Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging across all locations.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community presence.</li><li>Digital Marketing &amp; Advertising</li><li>Manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clinic locations, focusing on targeted reach, engagement, and ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with website, phone, and other service providers to track and optimize keywords, SEO, and digital engagement.</li><li>Business Growth &amp; Analytics</li><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs related to marketing, client acquisition, and engagement.</li><li>Generate regular reports to leadership with insights and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication</li><li>Partner closely with clinic leadership, practice managers, and external vendors to ensure alignment on marketing strategy.</li><li>Coordinate cross-location campaigns to maintain brand consistency.</li><li>Take initiative on new projects and provide innovative ideas for growth and outreach.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Background in veterinary medicine (urgent care experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads management and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Ability to understand and track business KPIs related to veterinary medicine.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and take initiative.</li><li>Ability to work 40-45 hours on-site each week.
