This position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your technical talents in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to excel.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment in residential properties following schematics and HVAC design plans.</li><li>Conduct system inspections to ensure proper operation, safety compliance, and optimal performance during installation and maintenance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and refrigeration gauges; perform equipment repair as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with property owners to explain system features, maintenance requirements, and answer questions about operation or repairs.</li><li>Perform plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and assist with appliance repair or property maintenance tasks when necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service calls; adhere to safety protocols at all times.</li><li>Operate a &lt;PERSON&gt; driver vehicle safely to transport tools, equipment, or parts between job sites.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction or service technician roles with a focus on HVAC installation or maintenance.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems, plumbing, and ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; experience with HVAC design principles is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with equipment repair including boilers, appliances, welding techniques, and property maintenance tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters; ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience operating &lt;PERSON&gt; driver vehicles preferred.</li><li>Additional skills such as welding, boiler operation, or mechanic experience are advantageous but not mandatory.</li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work independently in the field during service calls.
