Job SummaryThe Vehicle Customs Clearance Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end customs clearance process for VG vehicles and coordinating cargo/vehicle transfers. This role requires familiarity with customs systems, a solid understanding of import/export regulations, and effective communication with customs authorities. The specialist ensures timely, compliant, and efficient movement of vehicles across borders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle all customs clearance procedures for vehicles, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.</li><li>Coordinate cargo and vehicle transfer activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery.</li><li>Interact directly with customs officials to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Use customs systems and platforms to process declarations and track clearance status.</li><li>Verify accuracy of documentation such as invoices, packing lists, permits, and certificates.</li><li>Collaborate with internal logistics teams, transport partners, and external agencies to streamline operations.</li><li>Monitor vehicle movement from arrival to release, ensuring minimal delays.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed records of customs transactions and compliance reports.</li><li>Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or non-compliance issues.</li><li>Can make Gate Advise/Gate Pass and knowledge of how to work on Dubai Trade Portal for refund and storage payment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in vehicle customs clearance or import/export logistics strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with customs systems and electronic declaration platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, and vehicle clearance procedures.</li><li>He should know Dubai Trade Portal</li><li>Mirasal II</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>same field: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
