 to support and manage daily supply chain and billing operations at our
 
 Rawalpindi office
 
 . The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, inventory management, and billing-related processes through system-based operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Location: Rawalpindi
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics-related activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely deliveries and accurate billing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate stock, billing, and transaction records through ERP/SAP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support demand forecasting, purchase planning, and shipment tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
 </li>
