Tender Pricing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tender Pricing Resource to manage pricing submissions for public and private sector tenders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive, accurate, and compliant financial proposals while coordinating closely with sales, supply chain, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit pricing proposals for local and international tenders.
• Conduct cost analysis including product cost, freight, duties, margins, and overhead allocations.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and financial documentation standards.
• Coordinate with principals/vendors for updated price lists and commercial terms.
• Maintain pricing database and historical tender records.
• Analyze competitor pricing trends and market intelligence.
• Support negotiation strategies through financial modeling and margin analysis.
• Ensure internal approval workflows are followed before submission.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in tender pricing, commercial finance, or bid management (preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector).
• Strong command over MS Excel (advanced formulas, cost modeling, pivot tables).
• Good understanding of public procurement rules and tender documentation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in government / institutional tendering.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
