 &rdquo; who will provide top-level assistance for our CEO in our &Idot;stanbul Head Office,Vadistanbul.

 PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assisting our CEO and carrying out all personal assistant duties and responsibilities successfully,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing presentations and reports,
 </li>
 <li>
 Filing and archiving all correspondences and documentation in an organized and consistent manner,
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondences,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Knowledge &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University Degree in related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7-8 years of proven experience as an Executive &amp; Personal Assistant to top level of management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Turkish and English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced computer skills including MS Office Applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional interpersonal communication skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Being flexible in working hours.
 </li>
