PERSONAL ASSISTANT to CEO

We have a dedicated sector focus on executing turn-key projects in the oil & gas and power sectors. We are looking for a highly motivated “ Personal Assistant ” who will provide top-level assistance for our CEO in our İstanbul Head Office,Vadistanbul.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting our CEO and carrying out all personal assistant duties and responsibilities successfully,
• Preparing presentations and reports,
• Filing and archiving all correspondences and documentation in an organized and consistent manner,
• Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondences,
• Maintaining diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders,
• Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements,
• Maintaining confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.

Knowledge & Experience:

• University Degree in related field,
• Minimum 7-8 years of proven experience as an Executive & Personal Assistant to top level of management,
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Turkish and English,
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office Applications,
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities,
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment,
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
• Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills,
• Being flexible in working hours.
