Job Title: Growth &amp; User Acquisition SpecialistType: 3-Month Contract, Full-TimeTimings: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PMLocation: RemotePotential: May convert into a full-time, long-term roleWe are looking for a Growth &amp; User Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in building, executing, monitoring, and optimizing end-to-end digital funnels.The ideal candidate should understand how to generate leads, nurture them, monitor campaign performance, and improve conversions through strong funnel strategy, automation, email marketing, WhatsApp/DM automation, and AI-led landing page development.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, build, and execute end-to-end user acquisition funnels.</li><li>Create and optimize landing pages, funnel pages, quizzes, and lead generation journeys.</li><li>Set up and manage nurturing flows through Mailchimp email sequences.</li><li>Work with ManyChat and similar tools for WhatsApp/DM automation and lead nurturing.</li><li>Monitor live campaigns, track results, and identify what is working and what needs improvement.</li><li>Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>Suggest improvements to increase lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.</li><li>Track leads through the funnel and improve conversion at each stage.</li><li>Support campaign strategy, targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.</li><li>Use AI tools like Claude and similar platforms to support landing page copy, quiz creation, funnel assets, and testing ideas.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and optimized regularly.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, performance marketing, or funnel management.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, nurturing, reporting, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, ManyChat, landing pages, quizzes, and automation tools.</li><li>Ability to monitor campaign performance and suggest practical improvements.</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools for campaign, funnel, and landing page development.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and execute independently.</li><li>Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>This is a full-time contractual role for 3 months, with the potential to convert into a long-term full-time position based on performance.Please share your cvs at rameza.rahman@thevtconsultancy.comWork Location: Remote

Job Title: Social Media &amp; Meta Ad Creative DesignerType: 3-Month Contract, Full-TimeTimings: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PMLocation: RemotePotential: May convert into a full-time, long-term roleWe are looking for a Social Media &amp; Performance Creative Designer who can create strong, engaging creatives for social media and Meta ads.The ideal candidate should be skilled in Canva and CapCut Pro, understand what works on social media, and be able to design static creatives, edit videos, create reels, and support ad campaigns with high-performing visual content.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design static creatives for social media and Meta ads.&middot; Edit videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and paid ad campaigns.</li><li>Create engaging content using Canva, CapCut Pro, and similar design/editing tools.</li><li>Adapt content for different formats including reels, stories, feed posts, and ad placements.&middot;</li><li>Understand social media trends and suggest creative ideas that can improve engagement and performance.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing/growth team to create creatives for campaigns, funnels, launches, and promotions.</li><li>Use AI tools to support video editing, creative development, content ideas, and faster execution.</li><li>Review creative performance and suggest what can be improved in future designs/videos.</li><li>Ensure all creatives are aligned with the brand&rsquo;s tone, look, and campaign objectives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in social media design, creative content, video editing, or ad creative development.</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of Canva and CapCut Pro.</li><li>Ability to design Meta ad creatives and edit reels/videos for social media.</li><li>Good understanding of what works on Instagram, Facebook, reels, and paid ads.</li><li>Open to using AI tools to improve creative output and speed.</li><li>Creative eye, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.</li><li>Ability to bring ideas, suggestions, and creative direction instead of only executing tasks.</li></ul>This is a full-time contractual role for 3 months, with the potential to convert into a long-term full-time position based on performance.Please share CVs at rameza.rahman@thevtconsultancy.com Work Location: Remote
