We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Creative Designer who can create strong, engaging creatives for social media and Meta ads.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in Canva and CapCut Pro, understand what works on social media, and be able to design static creatives, edit videos, create reels, and support ad campaigns with high-performing visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static creatives for social media and Meta ads.· Edit videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and paid ad campaigns.
• Create engaging content using Canva, CapCut Pro, and similar design/editing tools.
• Adapt content for different formats including reels, stories, feed posts, and ad placements.·
• Understand social media trends and suggest creative ideas that can improve engagement and performance.
• Work closely with the marketing/growth team to create creatives for campaigns, funnels, launches, and promotions.
• Use AI tools to support video editing, creative development, content ideas, and faster execution.
• Review creative performance and suggest what can be improved in future designs/videos.
• Ensure all creatives are aligned with the brand’s tone, look, and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media design, creative content, video editing, or ad creative development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Canva and CapCut Pro.
• Ability to design Meta ad creatives and edit reels/videos for social media.
• Good understanding of what works on Instagram, Facebook, reels, and paid ads.
• Open to using AI tools to improve creative output and speed.
• Creative eye, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.
• Ability to bring ideas, suggestions, and creative direction instead of only executing tasks.

This is a full-time contractual role for 3 months, with the potential to convert into a long-term full-time position based on performance.
