As an integral part of our team, you&rsquo;ll bring energy, efficiency, and professionalism to every task, helping us maintain a smooth-running office that fosters productivity and positive interactions.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization</li><li>Maintain calendar schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with calendar management for staff</li><li>Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations</li><li>Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and supply ordering</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping</li><li>Strong office management abilities with experience in clerical tasks and administrative support</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs</li><li>Demonstrated experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties preferred</li><li>Computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Exceptional typing speed combined with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading</li><li>Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and printers</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Customer service expertise with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills</li></ul>This paid position offers a vibrant work environment where your proactive approach will make a meaningful impact.
