<Responsibilities>

  • Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Maintain calendar schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with calendar management for staff
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and supply ordering
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette

<Skills>

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
  • Strong office management abilities with experience in clerical tasks and administrative support
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Demonstrated experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties preferred
  • Computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Exceptional typing speed combined with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and printers
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer service expertise with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
