<div>The Executive Assistant to the President provides dedicated, high-level support across both professional and personal priorities. This role serves as a trusted right hand, helping to manage day-to-day responsibilities, streamline logistics, and ensure the President&rsquo;s time, commitments, and obligations are handled efficiently.</div>
<div>The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to seamlessly manage a blend of business and personal tasks in a fast-paced environment.</div>

<div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<div><b>Executive &amp; Personal Support</b></div>
<ul><li>Serve as a trusted point of contact for the President, managing communications, requests, and day-to-day needs with professionalism and discretion.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain the President&rsquo;s calendar across both business and personal commitments, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized.</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee personal appointments and reservations as needed.</li>
<li>Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks to streamline daily routines and reduce administrative burden.</li>
</ul><div><b>Travel &amp; Logistics</b></div>
<ul><li>Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.</li></ul>
<div><b>Administrative &amp; Organizational Support</b></div>
<ul><li>Draft and manage emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the President.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents (both professional and personal).</li>
<li>Track and submit expense reports, receipts, and reimbursements in coordination with Accounting.</li>
</ul><div><b>Events &amp; Coordination</b></div>
<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage company participation in industry-specific tradeshows, conferences, and speaking engagements (domestic and international).</li>
<li>Handle all event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, service provider liaison, travel arrangements, and materials management.</li>
<li>Create and manage tradeshow budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring alignment with departmental requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all events, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of materials.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and resourceful.</li>
<li>College degree preferred.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally spanning weekdays/weekends at times (25-30%).</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. citizen.</li>
