<ul><li>Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in Solar O&amp;M / Power Plant Operations.</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance in the power sector.</li><li>Supervise and manage site operations for solar power plants under O&amp;M contracts.</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure optimal performance and availability of solar PV systems.</li><li>Monitor plant performance, generation reports, and downtime analysis.</li><li>Manage site workforce, vendors, and contractors for smooth operations.</li><li>Implement safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines.</li><li>Maintain and update all site records, logbooks, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Handle breakdowns and coordinate with technical teams for quick resolution.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure inventory management of spares, tools, and consumables.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,437.76 - &#8377;35,948.86 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
