Site Incharge - Operation & Maintenance

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Solar O&M / Power Plant Operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance in the power sector.
• Supervise and manage site operations for solar power plants under O&M contracts.
• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of solar PV systems.
• Monitor plant performance, generation reports, and downtime analysis.
• Manage site workforce, vendors, and contractors for smooth operations.
• Implement safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines.
• Maintain and update all site records, logbooks, and maintenance schedules.
• Handle breakdowns and coordinate with technical teams for quick resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Coordinate with clients for site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure inventory management of spares, tools, and consumables.

Pay: ₹12,437.76 - ₹35,948.86 per month
