<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment &ndash; posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate trackers.</li><li>Support onboarding formalities by collecting documents, and coordinating with new joiners.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities &ndash; birthdays, anniversaries, Fun Fridays, and HR social media posts.</li><li>Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR databases.</li><li>Assist in vendor coordination and administrative tasks (housekeeping, ID card/bank account processing, etc.).</li><li>Help with competitor research.</li><li>Manage HR communication on LinkedIn</li><li>Reach out to colleges for internship tie-ups.</li><li>Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.</li><li>Maintain a database of passive candidates (talent pool for future hiring) &amp; Prepare weekly HR dashboards (interviews scheduled, offers released, onboarding status)</li><li>Keep the Job Application Form updated on a regular basis.</li><li>Track birthdays/work anniversaries and ensure timely communication.</li><li>Maintain a vendor database (recruiters, consultants, housekeeping, IT support).</li><li>Handle day-to-day HR correspondence and follow-ups under supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you share your experience with end-to-end recruitment?
