Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized office records. Your proficiency in computer skills and office management will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations. With premium skills in multi-line phone systems and bilingual communication, you will enhance our client interactions.
