Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and greet visitors.
  • Answer questions and provide information.
  • Provide information to callers, such as company hours of operation and the names of personnel.
  • Handle routine inquiries, directing more complicated or sensitive matters to appropriate staff members.
  • Open mail.
  • Operate a fax machine or similar office equipment.
  • Order office supplies.
  • File documents and maintain proper records.

Summary

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized office records. Your proficiency in computer skills and office management will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations. With premium skills in multi-line phone systems and bilingual communication, you will enhance our client interactions. Your relevant experience in Microsoft Office and data entry will further contribute to the efficiency and professionalism of our front desk operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Clerical and administrative experience, including data entry and filing
  • Familiarity calendar management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
