Liquor, beer, and wine knowledge &amp; pairing.</li><li>
Current bar card.</li><li>
Works well with others.</li><li>
Works well under pressure.</li><li>
Able to multi-task &amp; stay organized.</li><li>
Great personality.</li><li>
Physically able to go up and downstairs.</li><li>
Able to lift 40 lbs.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>
Mixology &amp; Service:</b> Prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and offering menu recommendations.</li><li><b>
Customer Interaction:</b> Provide a welcoming atmosphere, engage with patrons, and resolve complaints professionally.</li><li><b>
Inventory &amp; Hygiene:</b> Restock supplies, maintain inventory levels, and keep the bar area clean and organized.</li><li><b>
Safety &amp; Compliance:</b> Verify legal drinking age, monitor alcohol intake, and follow all safety/sanitation regulations.</li><li><b>
Operations:</b> Manage tabs, handle cash/POS transactions, and support staff during busy hours.</li><li><b>
Experience:</b> Minimum 3+ years of professional bartending.</li><li><b>
Skills:</b> Strong mixology knowledge, POS system proficiency, multitasking ability, and high-energy.</li><li><b>
Physical:</b> Ability to stand for long shifts (6-8 hours) and work in high-pressure environments.</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>
Detailed product knowledge (wines, spirits, craft beers).</li><li>
Ability to upsell and maximize profitability.</li><li>
