Key Responsibilities

Mixology & Service: Prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and offering menu recommendations.

Customer Interaction: Provide a welcoming atmosphere, engage with patrons, and resolve complaints professionally.

Inventory & Hygiene: Restock supplies, maintain inventory levels, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

Safety & Compliance: Verify legal drinking age, monitor alcohol intake, and follow all safety/sanitation regulations.

Operations: Manage tabs, handle cash/POS transactions, and support staff during busy hours.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional bartending.

Skills: Strong mixology knowledge, POS system proficiency, multitasking ability, and high-energy.

Physical: Ability to stand for long shifts (6-8 hours) and work in high-pressure environments.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Detailed product knowledge (wines, spirits, craft beers).

Ability to upsell and maximize profitability.

Thoroughness in cleaning and organization.
