Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager/Content Creator to lead our brand&rsquo;s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage our target audience through compelling content. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and visual storytelling to elevate our brand&rsquo;s digital footprint and foster meaningful relationships with our community.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals</li><li>Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok</li><li>Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions</li><li>Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Video Editing software</li><li>Schedule posts efficiently using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to build a loyal community</li><li>Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing</li><li>Stay updated on emerging trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles</li><li>Experiance in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Keyword research, Web analytics, and social listening tools</li><li>Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns</li><li>Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)</li><li>Graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency</li><li>Ability to create engaging content, including photography and video editing</li><li>Strong written communication skills with attention to proofreading detail</li><li>Knowledge of public relations strategies and relationship management techniques</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement of campaigns</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required</li></ul>Join our team to shape innovative digital experiences that connect our brand with audiences worldwide!Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: $45,236.76 - $54,478.68 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
