Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager/Content Creator to lead our brand’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage our target audience through compelling content. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and visual storytelling to elevate our brand’s digital footprint and foster meaningful relationships with our community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions
- Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Video Editing software
- Schedule posts efficiently using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to build a loyal community
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing
- Stay updated on emerging trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
- Experiance in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Keyword research, Web analytics, and social listening tools
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
- Graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency
- Ability to create engaging content, including photography and video editing
- Strong written communication skills with attention to proofreading detail
- Knowledge of public relations strategies and relationship management techniques
- Ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement of campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
