Conduct inventory checks and complete relevant forms when medication is below 10-day supply.</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete recordkeeping regarding administration of injections to all clients. Ensure that injections are available on site at least 5 days prior to administration.</li><li>Maintaining, updating and inputting all relevant documentation in company-provided electronic devices, including the on-site table terminals.</li><li>Store medication properly.</li><li>Schedule timely and proper medication administration times.</li><li>Confirm dosage, routine and time frequency of administration of medications.</li><li>Conduct individualized patient assessments, including nutrition.</li><li>Document and review patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses, and other data prior to administration of medication (review allergies and note contraindications to medications and potential interactions).</li><li>Educate client on each medication.</li><li>Report any changes in clients&rsquo; health to Doctors and medical staff.</li><li>Dispose of unused medications and disposable equipment according to company policy.</li><li>Comply with applicable laws, including HIPAA, by handling clients&rsquo; protected health information accordingly and maintaining confidentiality in matters related to patients.</li><li>Perform CPR in emergencies.</li><li>Perform wellness checks and document on proper form.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to help meet positive patient care outcomes.</li><li>Update medication according to Doctors orders.</li><li>Monitor work environment and premises to ensure the cleanliness, safety and compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain and update master medication sheet each time a change is made.</li><li>Review client&rsquo;s medical file and charts when new medication is ordered to reduce the risk of medication errors, including duplication, dosing errors and drug interactions.</li><li>Initiate emergency resuscitative measures according to adult resuscitation and basic life support protocols.</li><li>Maintain current competency in nursing specialty.</li><li>Attend and satisfactorily complete all training as assigned.</li><li>Provide care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the members and their families&rsquo; diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.</li><li>Must always comply with the Company&rsquo;s uniform policy and wear and display office badge while on duty.</li><li>Comply with the company&rsquo;s expense reimbursement policy, including submission of timely requests and supporting documentation.</li><li>Assist with and perform other related duties as required.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll BringRequirement<ul><li>Valid LVN license</li><li>Be actively Licensed in state of California as a LVN and maintain all continued licensing requirements.</li><li>Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li><li>Must demonstrate knowledge, use and awareness of medication action, side effects and protocols.</li><li>Although not required, experience in dealing with and assisting individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, substance use and homelessness is preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must be reliable, dependable and maintain a positive and professional attitude.</li><li>Must be able to work any shift, including weekends, night and holidays.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable means of transportation.</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Works well with a team.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and climbing stairs.</li><li>Repetitive use of hands and arms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
