This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, front desk operations, and support both clients and providers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Manage multi-line phone system, email, and appointment scheduling</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts</li><li>Process payments and complete daily reconciliation</li><li>Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area</li><li>Support with inventory tracking and administrative tasks</li><li>Learn and stay current on clinic treatments, services, and protocols</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish (not required) &ndash; verbal and written</li><li>2+ years of front desk or administrative experience (medical or aesthetics preferred)</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to learn scheduling and CRM platforms (e.g., Nextech, Aesthetix)</li><li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Hourly pay: $19.00&ndash;$24.00/hour</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee discounts on products and services</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and training</li><li>Quarterly performance reviews based on client service, reliability, and teamwork</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting relevant experience in the medical, wellness, or aesthetics field.
