Tuesday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, front desk operations, and support both clients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage multi-line phone system, email, and appointment scheduling
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts
• Process payments and complete daily reconciliation
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area
• Support with inventory tracking and administrative tasks
• Learn and stay current on clinic treatments, services, and protocols

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (not required) – verbal and written
• 2+ years of front desk or administrative experience (medical or aesthetics preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn scheduling and CRM platforms (e.g., Nextech, Aesthetix)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
