Receptionist cum Tele callerLocation: Saheed Nagar, BBSR Job Type: Full-Time Hiring Mode: Contractual/Permanent (choose as required) Salary: &#8377;10,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives as per company terms and conditions.About the RoleWe are hiring a Receptionist cum Tele caller to manage front-desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a polite, customer-friendly attitude.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates at the reception.</li><li>Manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.</li><li>Make outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and call records.</li><li>Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, emails, file management, and documentation.</li><li>Provide accurate information to callers regarding office services and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams when needed.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Internet).</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.</li><li>Professional and polite call-handling ability.</li><li>Good customer service and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain front-desk flow smoothly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).</li><li>Experience in reception, front office, tele calling, or customer service preferred.</li><li>Experience from any education institute will be a plus.</li><li>Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
