About the Role
We are hiring a Receptionist cum Tele caller to manage front-desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a polite, customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates at the reception.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
- Make outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and call records.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, emails, file management, and documentation.
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding office services and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Professional and polite call-handling ability.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain front-desk flow smoothly.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience in reception, front office, tele calling, or customer service preferred.
- Experience from any education institute will be a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
